Tiffany Vela

Co-founder

Tiffany began painting and drawing from early childhood, and a finger painting they created at age 5 still adorns their parents’ home.

Passionate about problem-solving, Tiffany draws inspiration mainly from functional art and design. Every day, they contemplate enhancing designs in various aspects of life—ranging from marketing materials to practical spaces. Tiffany loves to dedicate energy to developing efficient and effective solutions.

Tiffany’s commitment extends beyond the realm of art, as they have actively engaged in occupations focused on addressing emerging social problems. Their experience includes tackling issues like the vaping epidemic among LGBTQ teens, supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, advocating for veterans’ healthcare, navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, promoting Asian representation in media, and more.

This diverse background not only enriches Tiffany’s understanding of societal challenges but also informs their creative process. Through their work, Tiffany seeks to bridge the gap between social issues and creative solutions, contributing to a more inclusive and impactful artistic expression.

Paul Vela

Co-founder

Paul started drawing at an early age and can remember drawing from their earliest memories.

Fascinated with fantasy and an avid video game player, their artistic stylings are inspired by the manga series’ like Berserk, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and video games like Shin Megami Tensei, and Pokemon. Along with their taste in visual art, Paul likes to incorporate stylings of music culture into their designs. Along with a fever-like passion for illustrating and design, Paul also writes and produces electronic music under the alias Quickdraw Girlfriend. Their latest remix of “Just Kiss” is featured on Bodysync’s deluxe album Radioactive.

As a means to release themselves from the light of the computer screen, Paul has an obsession with cactus and has a humble sized collection of rare plants. In their free time, Paul goes outside and marvels at the plants which inspire more ideas for their art.
